BM Distillery

BM, or Bonne Mère, is a little-known distillery on the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe. It is located in the commune of Sainte-Rose, on the north-western coast of the island. Bonne Mère operated as a sugar factory between 1863 and 1973. It has since been converted into a modern distillery producing almost exclusively ethanol. And once in a blue moon, rum.
