CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

If you purchase products from Must Have Malts via our web shop, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email) within the withdrawal period.

Please note that, in the event of withdrawal under the statutory right of cancellation, the direct costs of returning the goods to our warehouse in the Netherlands are borne by the customer. Must Have Malts does not reimburse return shipping costs in such cases.

This does not apply where the return is the result of an error made by Must Have Malts, such as incorrect, incomplete, or damaged delivery. In such cases, Must Have Malts will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement of the affected item or (partial) reimbursement, depending on the circumstances.

RETURN POLICY

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The product is suitable for resale
  • The return is registered within the statutory withdrawal period

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Must Have Malts does not provide return labels, but we can assist with return instructions where needed. We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before accepting the return and issuing any reimbursement.

Reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved in accordance with the above return conditions.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding delivery costs where applicable.

  • Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, provided that the returned goods have been received and inspected and found to comply with the return conditions.
  • If the returned goods do not meet the return conditions, Must Have Malts reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply a reduction in value, as permitted by law.
  • Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (NON-EU ORDERS, INCLUDING THE UNITED STATES)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including shipments to the United States, the statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable.

Please note the following conditions for international returns:

  • All returned goods must be sent at the customer’s own expense to our return address in The Netherlands
  • Must Have Malts does not provide return labels for international shipments
  • International return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any related fees may be substantial and are entirely the responsibility of the customer
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable

We strongly advise customers outside the European Union to consider these costs carefully before exercising their right of withdrawal.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & LIABILITY

Must Have Malts cannot provide aftercare or accept liability for shipments delivered to a location or address other than the delivery address provided during checkout, unless explicitly agreed in advance.

If a parcel is delivered to a location such as a porch, garage, or other unattended place at the request of the consignee, delivery is deemed completed and falls outside the responsibility of Must Have Malts.
