Convalmore Distillery

Convalmore was built in the late 19th century in Dufftown, the centre of Speyside’s whisky industry. The distillery’s whisky was predominantly used in blends, making single malt bottlings extremely rare. Convalmore was mothballed in 1985 and sold to William Grant & Sons. Its buildings are now used for storage by the neighbouring Balvenie and Glenfiddich distilleries.
