Jefferson’s Distillery

Jefferson’s was introduced in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a bourbon historian. Under the name McLain & Kyne, they produce such whiskeys as Jefferson’s Small Batch and Jefferson’s Presidential Select. The whiskey is sourced from a number of undisclosed distilleries. The brand’s current home is the Kentucky Artisan Distillery, which was founded in 2012 and produces about 25% of the whiskey used in Jefferson’s; the rest is still sourced from independent distilleries.
