Jura Distillery

The Jura distillery, located on the island of Jura in the Inner Hebrides, was founded in 1810 by Archibald Campbell. The distillery closed in 1901 and was dismantled. The distillery was rebuilt in 1960 and production started again in 1963. Jura has been in the hands of Whyte & Mackay since 1993.
