Chivas Brothers (part of Pernod Ricard) owns thirteen single malt distilleries in Scotland. Each year they release the Distillery Reserve Collection range, featuring limited-edition single malts from their distilleries. This Aberlour 14 Years Old Distillery Reserve Collection 2004 Cask 96367 is a single malt whisky from the Speyside distillery Aberlour. It was distilled on 20 December 2004 and matured in first-fill butt #96367 before being bottled at a cask strength of 56.5% on 2 May 2019. Aberlour is a small distillery in the heart of Speyside. It was founded in 1879 by James Fleming, who previously worked at the Dailuaine distillery. The nearby springs were believed to have magical powers. And as it just so happens, Aberlour sources its water from these springs… Only 936 bottles of Aberlour 14 Years Old Distillery Reserve Collection Cask 96367 2004 were released.
