Adelphi Private Stock Reserve Limited Release Peated is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky from renowned indie bottler Adelphi. The blend is made up of peated grain and peated malt whiskies, aged in bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at a cask strength of 57.6%. Just 906 bottles were released in 2021. On the nose, Adelphi Private Stock Reserve Limited Release Peated has aromas of fresh peaches, oatmeal, salty coastal air, toffee sweetness, heather honey, wood smoke and pepper. The palate is oily with notes of red fruits, honeycomb, sea salt, citrus, hazelnut nougat, toffee and peppery spice. On the finish you’ll find lingering creamy vanilla, wood smoke and some earthiness.
