The Appleton Estate is one of the oldest companies in Jamaica, producing rum since 1749. Unsurprisingly, the distillery also has one of the largest rum stocks in the world. In collaboration with Velier’s Luca Gargano, Appleton’s has released The Hearts Collection, featuring three of the distillery’s excellent rums. Appleton Estate Hearts Collection 1995 Jamaica Rum (25 Years Old) is a 100% pot still rum, distilled in 1995 and bottled at 63% ABV after maturing for 25 years. The casks used are No. 430287 through No. 430298. 3000 bottles were released in November 2020.
