Just like Basil Hayden, Booker’s and Knob Creek, Baker’s is a small batch Beam bourbon brand. This 107 proof release was bottled before 2019, so before Baker’s was restyled to get a more modern appearance. But a more important change for the brand was that Beam made it into a single barrel bourbon, instead of a small batch bourbon. Baker Beam was the grandnephew of the legendary Jim Beam.
