Ben Nevis 22 Years Old Liquid Treasures 1999 is a wonderful indie bottling of Ben Nevis single malt, released by eSpirits Whisky in collaboration with Nanyang Whisky and REJO Beverages in Singapore. The whisky was distilled in May 1999 and aged in bourbon hogshead #307 for 22 years. In November 2021, 293 bottles were produced. Ben Nevis 22 Years Old Liquid Treasures 1999 showcases the more vegetal side of Ben Nevis with aromas of mustard, porridge, fresh walnuts, cut crass, soft vanilla, chalk, lemon and brine on the nose. The palate is fresh and grassy with notes of lemon zest, walnuts, chalk, mustard, green apples, white pepper and brine, leading to a long and drying finish with chalk and minerality.
