Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London, founded in 2015. In fact, their 2020 releases are the first single malts produced in London for over a century! This Bimber London Single Malt 2010 Selfridges Single Cask was bottled exclusively for the high-end department store Selfridges. Only 936 bottles of this special edition were released. Fun fact: the distillery name translates to ‘moonshine’ in Polish, which makes sense when you know that the Bimber founders are Polish themselves.
