The Blanton’s Black and Blanton’s Red (aka Takara Red) are bottled for the Japanese market. Very elusive! But luckily you have your sources… Both Blanton’s Red and Black are said to have aged longer than their more common counterparts, the Blanton’s Special Reserve and Blanton’s Original. These Japanese only editions matured in the famous Warehouse H for an impressive 8 years. Both the Red and the Black come in their original boxes.
