Booker’s Batch 2021-01E 6 Years Old is another great small batch bourbon from Jim Beam, bottled in 2021 at 125.3 barrel proof. The late Jim Beam master distiller Booker Noe first started bottling his namesake bourbon as a holiday gift for friends and relatives. A couple of years later, in 1988, he introduced the uncut, straight-from-the-barrel expression to the general public. Booker’s son and grandson, Fred and Freddie Noe, are currently at the helm of Jim Beam and carry on the tradition of Booker’s Small Batch Bourbon.
