Booker’s Batch B94-E-13

Booker’s Batch began with Jim Beam’s grandson Booker Noe, a master distiller himself who grew up in the heart of bourbon country in Kentucky. Booker began bottling straight from the barrel bourbon as little gifts for friends and family. These small samples were selected from what is considered to be the ‘sweet spot’ in the centre of the rackhouse. This is where temperature and humidity combine in the perfect balance to produce deep and intense flavours in the bourbon. Each barrel was personally selected by Booker and seeing how grateful his friends and family were Booker decided to launch his ‘small batch’ signature bourbon. In fact, it’s Booker Noe who coined the term ‘small batch.’ Each batch is totally unique making this a rare, uncut and unfiltered cask strength bourbon.
