Bruichladdich 21 Years Old Cuvée 640 is a limited-edition unpeated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich. The expression started out with the distillery’s signature elegant American oak-aged spirit. The whisky was then further matured in casks that previously held exceptional cognac, adding further complexity and rich flavours. The result is a captivating yet elegant dram, with a silky texture and enticing notes of marinated pears, apricot, mango, ripe apple and dark chocolate orange. Flavours of espresso, toffee, citrus, Turkish delight, candied almonds and gentle spices bring the whisky to another level, while Bruichladdich’s classic beguiling maltiness and coastal marine freshness deliver a rounded and well-balanced whole.
