This Daniel Bouju cognac, bottled by Swiss independent bottler C. Dully, is made with a blend of eaux-de-vie distilled between 1974 and 1984. It was bottled in 2019 at a cask strength of 53.4%. Daniel Bouju is a distiller in the Grande Champagne cru, which is located in the heart of the Cognac region and produces the highest-quality cognac. The company was founded in 1805 as a small family vineyard in the village of Saint-Preuil. The family’s seventh generation is currently running the business, which now comprises 30 hectares of vineyard. Only 400 bottles of C. Dully Cognac Grande Champagne Daniel Bouju have been released.
