Cambus 31 Years Old Signatory Vintage 1991 is a single cask grain whisky from Cambus, released by renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage. The Cambus distillery in the Scottish Lowlands closed in its remaining spirit is becoming increasingly rare. The whisky was distilled on 3 December 1991 and matured for 31 years in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled on 16 January 2023 at a cask strength of 50.5%. Only 330 individually numbered bottles of Cambus 31 Years Old Signatory Vintage 1991 have been released.
