La Maison du Whisky and Signatory Vintage’s Plume collection launched in 2017, and features a selection of first-fill sherry cask-aged whiskies. This stunning version embodies the art and craft of the Caol Ila distillery, established in 1846 on the island of Islay. The single malt was distilled in 2013 and aged for 12 years in a single sherry butt. It was bottled in 2025 at 54.5%. Caol Ila 12 Years Old Plume LMDW Itinéraires 2013 hits the sweet spot between peat and sherry, offering complex earthy, smoked, maritime, fruity, chocolate and floral notes. One of 666 bottles.
