Caol Ila 14 Years Old Chieftain’s 2004 is a limited-edition Islay single malt, bottled by Ian Macleod for the renowned Chieftain’s range. The whisky was drawn from just three bourbon hogsheads, filled in November 2004 and bottled in May 2019 at 46%. Caol Ila, founded in 1846, is the largest distillery on Islay. Its name is Gaelic for ‘Sound of Islay’, referring to the distillery’s scenic location. Just 932 bottles have been released.
