Captain Morgan Spice Sherry Finish – Limited Edition 2013 is named after the famous pirate Henry Morgan. In the 1940s Seagram’s Drinks Company director Sam Bronfman came to the Carribean. Rum, especially spiced rum, facinated him and it led him to creating this brand in 1945. In 2001, Diageo bought the brand. It has bridged the world of rum drinkers and whisky drinkers since, by creating rum that has similarities with whisky. In this case that sweet, sweet sherry finish!
