The 2023 Paris Edition collection is inspired by the iconic department stores of Paris. This bottle depicts the façade of Le BHV Marais. Only 2100 bottles have been released. Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu Paris Edition 2023 Le BHV Marais is a limited-edition Japanese single malt from Chichibu, bottled for the highly anticipated annual Paris Edition in collaboration with La Maison du Whisky. The 2023 edition is a blend of whiskies matured in ex-bourbon casks, small Chibidaru quarter casks and hogsheads for 5 to 7 years. They were made with various different varieties of barley, including a proportion that was malted by hand. The single malt is bottled at 49.5%. It is harmonious with intensely fruity notes, a delicate medicinal touch and unparalleled freshness accentuated by a sophisticated peat.
