This dram is from Refill Sherry Butt #11242, where it soaked up all the barrel goodness for 23 years. Clynelish 23 Years Old Signatory Vintage 1995 Cask #11242 has a beautiful waxy nose that begins savoury before turning to sweet chocolate and spice aromas. The palate layers up mocha, dried red fruits, basil and citrus fruits before a buttery finish of orange and menthol.
