A 23-year-old Clynelish single malt, bottled by Signatory Vintage for the Cask Strength Collection. The whisky was distilled on 21 November 1995 and matured in refill sherry butt #11227 for 23 years. It was bottled on 10 October 2019 at a cask strength of 56.3%. Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew and Bryan Symington. The original idea was that each bottle would be signed by a famous name in the whisky industry, hence the ‘signatory’. They never went through with that plan, but the name stuck. Only 623 bottles of Clynelish 23 Years Old Signatory Vintage 1995 have been released.
