We love the Colonel E. H. Taylor Distillery Crates! With that beardy old Colonel on the one side, the Old Fashioned Copper Distillery on the other side. A real vintage looking piece of art. Aren’t we a bunch of lucky chaps to have them in our warehouse and on our website. For you to gawk at or to buy for your own beautiful bourbon and/or whisky collection… This Distillery Crate comes with an original distillery box filled with six of bottles Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel from 2021. All E.H. Taylor bourbon are Bottled in Bond, apart from the Barrel Proof for obvious reasons. The Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel from 2021is no exception to that rule. It is aged for at least four years and bottled at a mandatory 100 proof. Even though it is a single barrel bourbon, there is no barrel number on the bottle or tube that it comes in. The Colonel E.H. Taylor bourbon brand was set up by Sazerac at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in 2009, after the company acquired the rights from Beam. It’s an hommage to bourbon pioneer Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who fought for the Bottled-in-Bond Act in 1897.
