We’re not sure who Colonel Lee is supposed to be. Down in Kentucky the highest state honor is to be given the title Kentucky Colonel. So maybe old Mr. Lee was one of those colonels of yester-year. Or maybe he’s totally made up, a little bit of the KFC Colonel Sanders mixed with General Lee of Civil War fame into one classic Southern Gentleman type who loves his bourbon. Whoever he is, he’s telling you to grab this dusty old Kentucky bourbon as fast as you can. This is a monster sized half gallon bottle, probably from sometime in the 1970s.
