Dingle Batch No. 5 Irish Single Malt Whiskey is the fifth small batch release of triple-distilled Irish whiskey from the Dingle Distillery. The whiskey matured in a combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, and Madeira casks. It was bottled in 2020 at 46.5%. The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. It is the first new distillery in Ireland in over 150 years. Besides whiskey, the artisan distillery also produced gin and vodka. The first Dingle single malt was released in autumn 2016.
