Dingle Irish Whiskey Batch No. 6 is the final release in Dingle’s Small Batch series. The whiskey matured exclusively in Tawny Port casks, bringing a wonderful intensity and aromas of thick cut marmalade, butterscotch and crystallised ginger. The taste is elegant with notes of crushed cranberries, gingerbread, and dark chocolate. The whiskey has a lively finish of ginger spice and honeyed dates. The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. It is the first new distillery in Ireland in over 150 years. Besides whiskey, the artisan distillery also produced gin and vodka. The first Dingle single malt was released in autumn 2016.

Safe packing
