Edradour 10 Years Old Signatory Vintage 2013 is a limited-edition single malt from Edradour, the smallest distillery in Scotland. It has been bottled by independent bottler Signatory Vintage as part of The Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Chill filtering is a common process used to prevent cloudiness and to ensure consistency between bottlings, but it also removes a lot of subtle flavours. All whiskies in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection are presented as naturally as possible—without chill filtering to preserve all the authentic aromas and flavours. This Edradour single malt has been drawn from just four first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, distilled in June 2013 and bottled in July 2023 at 46%.
