Occasionally El Dorado will release a range of rums to display the character of one of their three different stills. This single still rum comes from the last operational wooden column still in the world! It is similar, and maybe even identical to the original still designed by Aeneas Coffey. El Dorado 12 Years Old Enmore Rum 2006 has a sweet nose of vanilla, oak and sugar. The palate is rich and sweet with spices and a vegetal note.

Safe packing
