Enmore 31 Years Old Precious Liquors For Whisky Paris 1991 is a limited-edition Demerara rum from the Enmore distillery in Guyana, bottled by Precious Liquors for Whisky Paris. The rum was distilled in 1991 on the famous Versailles still, which produces a highly flavourful and aromatic rum. After Enmore closed in 1994, this historic wooden pot still moved to Uitvlugt and later to the Diamond Distillery. The rum matured for 31 years and was bottled in 2022 at 48.4%. One of 168 bottles.
