This bourbon was bottled for the Japanese market, as the back label with Japanese writing clearly indicates. Just like export bourbon like most Blanton’s and a lot of Old Ezra, this is a bourbon that most Americans won’t find in a local liquor store, but hey, that’s why we exist, don’t we? Must Have Malts: making unfindable bourbon findable since many moons ago! The Evan Williams 101 Proof is charcoal filtered and is a real oaky caramel bomb with lots of spices on the palate. Yum yum!
