In the late 18th century, a Welsh immigrant named Evan Williams settled in what is now Louisville, Kentucky. Here, he founded what is believed to be the first commercial distillery in Kentucky. In honor of this bourbon pioneer, Heaven Hill created Evan Williams Bourbon in 1957. It would become Heaven Hill’s flagship brand and one of the top-selling bourbons in the United States. Evan Williams Master Blend is a unique blend made up of five Evan Williams expressions: 23 Years Old, Single Barrel, 1783, Bottled-in-Bond and Signature Black.
