Fettercairn 23 Years Old is a rare travel retail exclusive release from Fettercairn. The Highland single malt matured for 23 years in a combination of American ex-bourbon and cognac casks to enhance the tropical distillery character derived from Fettercairn’s unique copper cooling ring distillation process. On the nose, apple and crushed almonds combine with pear and marzipan, accentuated by hints of vanilla, plum and milk chocolate. Spices pineapple, black toffee and pecan cake are followed by waves of sultana, cinnamon and a touch of mango.
