A rare single barrel Tennessee whisky that matured for at least 15 years! George Dickel is distilled by the Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. and charcoal mellowed using the Lincoln County Process. The spirit is chilled to 40 degrees F (about 5°C) and filled into 13-foot-tall charcoal mellowing tanks, resulting in a deliciously smooth whisky. George Dickel 15 Years Old was bottled in November 2020 at a variety of proofs , in this case 84.4.
