In October 2017, master distiller Billy Walker acquired Glenallachie and breathed new life into the distillery. Besides adding his trademark capital letter in the middle of the distillery’s name, he introduced a new core range and limited releases. Walker went on a road straight to the top, winning the price for Best Whisky of the Year at the World Whisky Awards in 2021. Glenallachie 10 Years Old Cask Strength Batch 7 is the seventh release of the new core range single malt. Bottled in 2022 at a whopping 56.8% ABV, you are in for a treat once more!
