Glenallachie 21 Years Old Batch Number 1 is a limited-edition release from the relatively new and definitely exciting Glenallachie distillery. The whisky consists of five Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from 1997 and 1998. Take a look at that color! Nice and dark. It matured for at least 21 years and was bottled in late 2020 at a cask strength of 51.4%. Batch Number One was released in November 2020, and going on the 21-year-old Glenallachie will annually be released in small batches.
