Glenallachie 28 Years Old 1990 Cask #1468 is a rare single cask bottling of Glenallachie single malt. The whisky was distilled on 18 September 1990 and matured in virgin oak barrel #1468 for 28 years. It was bottled in October 2018 at 54.1%. For years, official bottlings of Glenallachie single malt were almost nonexistent. That is, until master distiller Billy Walker took over in 2017. He breathed new life into the distillery by creating its first core range, as well as introducing a number of limited-edition releases. Only 265 bottles of Glenallachie 28 Years Old 1990 Cask #1468 have been released.
