Glenallachie 32 Years Old Single Cask 1989 Cask #6495 is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from Glenallachie, specially selected for the UK market. The single malt was distilled on 7 June 1989 and matured for 32 years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon. It was bottled in July 2021 at 55.8%. The nose offers intense notes of mocha and treacle, followed by heather honey, sultanas and eucalyptus. Waves of dark chocolate, dried fruits and figs are followed by nutmeg, pineapple and orange zest. Only 676 bottles of the Glenallachie 32 Years Old Single Cask 1989 Cask #6495 have been released.
