A 10-year-old single malt from the Glenburgie distillery, bottled by Cadenhead for their Whisky Shop in London as part of the 2020 Annual Shop Release. The whisky was distilled in 2010 and finished in a Palo Cortado Hogshead before being bottled in 2020 at a cask strength of 56.6%. Only 294 bottles of Glenburgie 10 Years Old Cadenhead’s Shop London were released. Glenburgie was founded in 1810 as the Kilnflat Distillery. It closed in 1870 after financial troubles, but reopened eight years later under the name Glenburgie-Glenlivet. The distillery changed ownership several times in the 19th century. Glenburgie was completely rebuilt in 2004 and is currently in the hands of Pernod Ricard.
