The single malt was distilled in 1989 and matured for 28 years in Sherry Butt #13010, before being bottled on 6 December 2018 at 51.4%. The Family Casks, launched in 2007, is a range of vintage single cask whiskies ranging from the 1950s until the early 2000s. Only 614 bottles of Glenfarclas 1989 The Family Cask #13010 Winter 2018 have been released. It comes in the nicely crafted wooden Family Cask box.
