A Distillery Exclusive single cask bottling from the Glenfarclas distillery. The whisky was distilled in 2005 and matured in Oloroso Sherry Butt #2855 for 14 years. On 19 June 2020 the whisky was bottled at 58.2% for the Spirit of Speyside 2020 Whisky Festival, which was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Only 650 bottles of Glenfarclas 2005 Distillery Exclusive Cask 2855 have been released. The Glenfarclas distillery was founded at the end of the 18th century. In 1865, it was bought by John Grant and his son George. More than 150 years later, the distillery is still run by the Grant family!
