This rare whisky has been finished in hand-selected first fill Oloroso sherry casks, creating a wonderful balance of maturity and a discreet sherry character. Glenlivet 25 Years Old XXV Batch No. 0216C is an opulent single malt with an intense, silky and elegant character, complemented by subtle sherry tones. On the nose, you’ll find rich aromas of bittersweet dark chocolate and sweet sultanas. The palate is silky smooth with dark chocolate, spiced fruit, toasted nuts and cinnamon, leading to an incredibly long and rich finish.
