Glenlossie 12 Years Old Signatory Vintage 100 Proof 2012 is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from Glenlossie, released by renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage as part of the popular 100 Proof series. The single malt was distilled in 2012 and matured for 12 years in a combination of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads. It was bottled in January 2025 at 57.1% ABV, or 100 proof in the obsolete British imperial system. Glenlossie 12 Years Old Signatory Vintage 100 Proof 2012 brings an elegant balance between fruity and malty notes, with a fresh and lively nose of green apples, ripe pears, floral honey, citrus peel and almonds. The palate is deep and layered, with notes of sweet honey, toffee, candied orange peel, white pepper and nutmeg on a grassy background. The whisky has a long finish with warming notes of spicy oak and sweet vanilla.
