Launched in 2016 by Stefano Cremaschi, The Wild Parrot is an independent bottling brand specialising in single cask rum. This is the third Jamaican based Hampden cask that was bottled under The Wild Parrot Label. Is was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2018 at a whopping 63.1%. This rum is a true example of Jamaican distilling expertise.
