Heaven’s Door 11 Years Old The Bootleg Series Volume IV is the fourth edition of the Bootleg Series, a limited annual release named in tribute to co-creator Bob Dylan and his famed series of albums. Each edition showcases rare and unreleased whiskeys. This wheated bourbon aged for 11 years, was finished in Islay Scotch casks, and then bottled at 111 proof. Heaven’s Door 11 Years Old The Bootleg Series Volume IV offers aromas of toasted marshmallow, sandalwood, sugar plums, marzipan and creamed corn. Notes of winter campfire, mesquite BBQ, leather, piped tobacco, cedar and bone marrow dance across the palate. The handcrafted ceramic bottle features Bob Dylan’s painting ‘Lighthouse in Maine (2017)’ and comes in a bespoke leather case. It takes up two spaces in a parcel.
