This 21-year-old Hibiki from Suntory is, in their own words, a ‘harmonious blend of the finest selection of specially aged whiskies. Like all Hibiki, the bottle is shaped in 24 panels, which reflect the changing seasons in Japan and handmade echizen japanese paper is used for the label. An increasingly rare Japanese blended malt that will likely be ‘out of stock’ when you read this message. This new edition came out in and after 2019. The box had undergone a revamp: it’s no longer as shiny as the pre-2019 edition.
