Hibiki Japanese Harmony 100th Anniversary Edition is a special release of Suntory’s acclaimed blended whisky Hibiki, released to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Yamazaki, the first and oldest malt whisky distillery in Japan, and consequently the founding of the Japanese whisky industry. The premium blend is made up of high-quality malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. On the nose, you’ll find aromas of rose, lychee, rosemary and sandalwood. The palate offers a honey-like sweetness and notes of candied orange peel and white chocolate. The long finish is subtle and tender, with a hint of Mizunara oak. The bottle is adorned with a beautiful limited-edition design, featuring a bridge with the traditional Japanese art of Setsugekka—snow, moon and flowers juxtaposed to showcase the passage of seasons.
