Highland Park 21 Years Old Fragrant Drops 2003 #925 is a rare single cask whisky from Highland Park on the Orkney Islands, bottled for the Fragrant Drops range from Scottish independent bottler Keeble Cask Company Ltd. The single malt was distilled on 13 October 2003 and aged for 21 years in a decharred recharred hogshead. It was bottled on 22 August 2025 at a cask strength of 47.1%. The result is an interesting and complex dram, with fruity hints of lemon, juicy pear, green apples and honeydew melon on the nose. Toasted peanuts, nutmeg and cinnamon buns are complemented by bubblegum and boiled sweets, with ashy smoke, light peat, fresh ginger, lime zest and peppermint on the finish. Only 164 bottles of Highland Park 21 Years Old Fragrant Drops 2003 #925 have been released.
