This vintage Highland Park single malt was distilled back in 1989. It matured in refill remade American hogsheads for 27 years before being bottled in 2016 by the renowned independent bottler Gordon & Macphail for The Macphail’s Collection. Located on the Orkney Islands north of the Scottish mainland, Highland Park is the most northerly-located Scotch distillery in the world!
