Highland Park 32 Years Old Signatory Vintage 1991 Cask #15088 is a limited-edition sherried single malt from the Highland Park distillery on the Orkney Islands, released by Signatory Vintage to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the renowned independent bottler. The whisky was distilled on 21 May 1991 and matured for 32 years in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled on 4 October 2023 at a cask strength of 53.4%. Only 557 individually numbered bottles have been released.
